Resources

This Interaction element is some (HTML) formatted text that can be reused across the Interaction application. Any item that contains formatted text in an attribute can include the Resource for reuse. Resources can also contain links to images.

•Represent text that can be included in many other Interaction application elements

•Add corporate banners and other branding to multiple Interaction items

Creating a Resource involves configuring the following settings in the Resource Definition dialog:

Description/Notes

Reference name

The name of the Interaction element. The name should be unique, so it can be used for referencing. The reference name appears only in Design view. It is not visible to users.

Display

Enter the Resource text in this field. Clicking Editor opens the Editor, which provides many formatting options.
