The Citrix Automation tab of the User Preferences window enables you to configure runtime settings relevant to automation of Citrix windows.

As Citrix does not always respond to operations immediately, JIA contains a module that sends a request to do a certain operation, and then repeatedly checks whether the operation occurred. If the operation has not been performed within a certain time period, the JIA module resends the request. Most of the settings on the Citrix Automation tab are related to this module.
