Deleting Interactions

An Interaction can be deleted from the Interaction's Details page, using the Delete button.
Only Interactions in Draft status can be deleted. To delete an Approved Interaction, you must first revert the Interaction to Draft status. For details, refer to Changing Interaction Status.
1.From the Interactions grid, in the row of the Interaction you want to delete, click the link in the Name column. The Interaction's Details page is displayed.
2.At the upper right side of the page, click Delete. A warning popup opens.
3.Click Yes. A confirmation message is displayed. The Interaction is removed from the Interactions grid. |
