Working with Interaction Versions

When more than one published Interaction share the same Interaction ID, a version number appears in the Version column of the Interactions grid. The Interaction that is listed in the grid is either the version that is approved (only one version can have an Approved status), or the most recent draft.

The Interaction's Versions page enables you to view all the published versions of an Interaction and update details of a selected version.

To access the Interaction's Versions page:

1.From the Interactions grid, in the row of the relevant Interaction, click the link in the Name column.

The Interaction's Details page is displayed.

2.At the top of the page, click Versions.

The Interaction's Versions page is displayed.

The following data is provided about each Interaction version:

Column	Description/Notes
Approved	A V in this column indicates that this version is Approved. Only one version of an Interaction can be approved at any given time.
Name	Name of the Interaction. Clicking this link displays the Version Details page.
Description	Relevant notes about the Interaction or the version.
No.	Number of the version.
Last Time Modified	The date and time when the version was most recently updated.
Modified By	The administrator who last updated the version.

The buttons at the upper right corner of the page allow you to perform the following administrative actions:

•Run: Runs the version in a popup window. For details, refer to Running Interactions.

•Approve: Changes the status of the version to Approved. Only one version of an Interaction can be approved at any given time.
