When the Agent ID is included in the access URL, the Agent Application passes the Agent ID to the server. For example:
http://10.90.18.138:8080/agent-app/?accountId=12345678?appkey=9ad59989-1b45-48d7-9607-763349b3e22f&agentId=John

Passing the Agent ID enables the following capabilities:

•Agents can search for Interactions that they have run recently.

•Administrators can use the parameter for auditing purposes (e.g., running reports to find out which agents ran which Interactions).

When the Agent ID is passed in the URL, the value of the Agent ID is displayed in the upper right corner of each page, next to the Welcome message.
