The following procedures need to be done following installation:
•Upload a license file: A license file must be uploaded to enable you to work with the Admin Console, or use any applications that involve running Interactions. For details, refer to Uploading Your License File.
•Install the Interaction Designer: To install the Interaction Designer, run the Interaction_Designer.exe (provided with the distribution package).
•Update relevant properties in the Jacada Interaction Server configuration files: These files are located in the conf folder, which is created during the installation process. For details, refer to Configuring the Interaction Server.
The following sections describe procedures that you may need to perform after installation, according to your environment and requirements:
•Setting Up the Authentication Link: Explains how to configure your environment to support the ability to authenticate and authorize users using an existing access control infrastructure.
•Setting Up the Reporting Server: Explains how to install the application that supports reporting capabilities.
