The UI of the Web Self Service application is made up of the following components:

•A tab that is used to open the main UI portion

•The main UI portion, which displays the Interaction

•A Chat window

The tab, which is designed to be unobtrusive, is visible at all times. Clicking the tab opens the main portion of the UI.

The main portion is where the Interaction is displayed. The buttons at the bottom enable the user to navigate through the Interaction and to initiate a chat with an agent. The main portion can be minimized back to the tab at any time, to reveal underlying page elements.

When users press the Chat button, the Chat window is displayed alongside the main UI portion.
