The Attachments Definition dialog list all defined attachments, and allows you to manage the attachments using the following buttons:
•Edit: Updates an attachment.
•Delete: Removes an attachment.
•Clone: Makes a new copy of the attachment.
Clicking Add Attachment enables you to configure attachment parameters.
1In the textbox of the File frame, enter the name of the attachment. Do not include the file extension. 2From the dropdown list, select the document type of the attachment. 3In the File frame, enter text for the attachment. Clicking Editor opens the Editor, which provides a wide variety of formatting options. 4Click OK. The defined attachment appears in the list on the Attachments Definition dialog. |
