Working with the Settings Tab

This tab, which appears in the Definition dialogs of most visual Interaction elements, allows you to set actions that are available to users, and information that is seen by users.

Element finish type

Determines the navigation options available to users at this point in the Interaction flow:

Let the system decide: Users may return to the previous screen, or finish the Interaction flow at this time.
Do not allow the user to go back: Users may not return to the previous screen. (The Back button is disabled.)

This element has help text

Determines whether or not help text is available for an Interaction element. When the checkbox is selected, the Text button is enabled, and clicking it opens the Interaction Designer Editor.

Display Menu Bar

Determines whether a menu bar is displayed to users.

Enable Call Now

Determines whether a Call icon appears on the menu bar.
This setting is enabled only when the Display Menu Bar checkbox is selected.

Enable Chat

Determines whether a Chat icon appears on the menu bar.
This setting is enabled only when the Display Menu Bar checkbox is selected.
