Visual Interaction elements are components that are displayed to end users of the Interaction. The Definition dialogs of visual elements include one or more of the following tabs:
•General: Defines the name of the Interaction element and the text that is displayed to users. This tab appears in the Definition dialog of all visual elements.
•Input: Enables you to structure the content of the element. For example, the Input tab for Details elements allows you to specify which contact details are displayed.
•Settings: Enables you to set actions that are available to users, and information that is seen by users. For more information, refer to Working with the Settings Tab.
The following sections describe the visual Interaction elements and how to work with them:
•Statements: Display information to the user in a formatted way.
•Questions: Flexible elements that enable you to obtain information directly from users.
•Choices: A set of options which with users can answer a given Question.
•Forms: A set of Questions grouped together on a single screen.
•Collection Displays: Display the items in a collection to the end user.
