JIA supports automation of applets and Java desktop applications of the following component types:
•Swing components running on Java 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6
•OracleForms 10g components running on Java 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6
Note: Applet automation is certified on Windows 7 with IE 8 only. Applet automation is not supported in Java 1.4. |
JIA is able to automate several Java applications in parallel, and get parallel automation requests.
The Java automation library is able to:
•Operate all native Swing controls
•Operate OracleForms 10g controls
•Operate custom controls
•Support automation events (JButton click event only)
•Enable a hierarchy search (finding a control according to its parents/children)
